For us who are working on the office, we spend almost of our time working in front of the computer with the same body position. The same position and concentration that we have for hours usually give us stiffness on some parts of our body. The stiffness can cause pains in some areas, for example, stiffness on the neck can cause a headache. We thought that resting will cure our pain, but unfortunately, the wrong pillow position or height will only make our pain worse.
