Be ready for “Baby Blues”

Birthing is an extraordinary moment in your life and gives a lot of happiness also to your couple. But it can be ultimate disaster, if someone facing “baby Blues” after prenatal phase. Why it can be happen? Should be a birthing process is amazing thing that felt by a mother?

But it is the fact. Baby blues is a condition of mood swings which caused by the changing of hormone that affect mother’ brain, even though there some fathers experienced it. One minute you will feel happy, the next minute you start to cry.

Occasionally, this condition starts about 3 to 4 days after delivery and may last several days.

So, if one of you fell little depressed, have a hard time concentrating, lose an appetite or find that you can’t sleep well even when the baby is asleep, and guilty felling, it might be the indication of Baby Blues syndrome.

The next question, is how to handle this situation?. Since many conflict and misunderstanding will happen between you and your partner if this happened. The main point that you should keep on mind, is you are not a “super mom”. There is no reason to blame yourself if you can not taking care your baby perfectly. Try to calm down, think positive and find someone to talk with. Do not keep this felling alone because it will make it more badly. The next thing, ask your partner to understand about your condition and find care taker or family member which can help you take care the baby so you can have enough rest. Writing down your felling in diary or share it in forum or blog can also made you fell relief and give new experiences.

One thing you should know, that it is a blessed for being a mother and when the miracle comes never regret it. All the problems will disappear when you are ready to see the beautiful eyes of your baby that miss his mom..
